Last updated: 22 June 2022 Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.afterbell.in website and the ‘Afterbell’ mobile application (the “Service”) operated by M/S Afterbell Edtech (hereinafter referred to as “Afterbell”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, which shall be necessary to make the purchase and effectively deliver the purchase henceforth.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, and share and otherwise makes available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for where and what you share on any social media platforms, and we, as a company or any individual herein shall not be responsible for what is shared. This clause absolves Afterbell, from any intermediary liability, whatsoever, that may arise due to your actions as mentioned above.

Removal of User

You agree that we may in our sole discretion disqualify you from the Application itself or may delete your account, and/or, if applicable, withhold or reclaim any prize or other benefit awarded or due to be awarded to you as a result of your using the Application, if:

a. You supply, or have supplied, any untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information or you have deceived us in any way including, without limitation, about your identity

b. You fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions or the rules and regulations of the application.

c. You fail to abide by any of our other reasonable instructions or directions.

d. Your conduct (including past conduct) brings us into disrepute.

e. You fail to meet the Eligibility Requirements of creating an account on this application.

f. You infringe our trademarks, copyrights and any intellectual property of our app.

g. You don’t notify us of any changes to the circumstances and/or information and/or data provided in our application, including any criminal charges, investigations and/or convictions which are brought against you, during your continued participation in the process.
